Legend: Symptom(s).
Possible Solution.
1. Outflow keep pushing air out every few seconds.
It sounds like there may be some air trapped inside your canister filter, but no need to worry! You can try the following steps:
While the pump is ON, lower the canister below the tank level and tilt it left and right a few times.
This should help push the trapped air out.
You can also refer to the video instructions on how to tilt the canister filter to force the air out for better guidance.
Alternatively, turn the filter OFF, lower the canister below the tank, and then power it ON again
Check that the filter media and the filter cotton are not too full, as overfilling can impact performance.
Make sure the cap is tightly sealed, and check the tightness of the pump to ensure there are no leaks.
Another method you can try is shortening the tubing, which may also improve the flow.
Lastly, try to remove the CO2 attached to the inlet, it could be the residue CO2.
2. Pump Blinking (and Pushing some air out)
Most likely it's the another type of air trapped, just idle the canister left and right, instead of sucking at the outlet.
3. Pump is Noisy or Slow (Powered on but it's not blinking)
Most likely the pump is clogging up internally, can refer to the user manual to open the pump and service it. (remove clogging dirts)
